I have to admit it was nerve cracking, but as long as you are honest and you know that you are not going to do anything wrong, you should def fine! Also, I did couchsurfing and volunteer in a hostel that’s why I’m able to travel here! Let me know if you need help! Will def give you a hand 🙂

Very nicely written and explained. Israel is on my Bucketlist for a very long time and I hope I can make a trip soon. The only put off for a solo minimalist backpacker is the expenses. Your entry into Israel was a bit harrowing, to be honest. Staying positive in these situations works best.
