Through this link: https://www.oecd.org/about/membersandpartners/, it is stated that Turkey is a member of OECD, however, with this link https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Visa_policy_of_Turkey, or even through Turkish official e-Visa didn’t mention anything about OECD member. BUT, on this link: https://www.oecd.org/governance/observatory-public-sector-innovation/innovations/page/electronicvisaapplicationsystem.htm look like you can bypass the visa and apply for an e-visa.

I haven’t done it myself, as I used Schengen visa to be able to apply for e-Visa. I highly suggest you to email Turkish e-Visa or OECD.

do they accept OECD member countries visa as a requirement to apply e-visa too? I have Japan and SoKor multiple visa and would love to apply e-visa if they accept this too. It would be much hassle free than sticker visa ??‍♀️

Hello Nicnic, it took me literally just a few minutes before I received my e-Visa. Although the official website did not have any specific “processing time” indicated, I suggest you to get this e-visa as soon as you can to avoid any hassle.

I haven’t done any Turkish visa other than an e-Visa. But I’m sure that as long as you have enough fund on your bank, it should be fine. Perhaps explain why you cannot provide a pay slip record.

Hi Aliah, if you are applying from the Philippines and DON’T hold any valid visa from these countries; UK, USA, Canada, Schengen, and Ireland, – you need to apply for a visa from the Turkish Embassy in the Philippines.
