Hi Corito,

I believe you can simply leave the country and enter again. Perhaps stay out for a week or two. The immigration is pretty chill but they might ask why you stayed for too long and why you're coming back. If you are thinking to work there or leave there, perhaps it's best to get a work visa. Unfortunately, I don't have much information about this. I only know about travel visas.

I wish I can be more help. If you have more questions, I'll try to answer as much as I can.

Hi Mary,

I am from America, and can enter Georgia without a visa for 365 days. Just have questions on the details, can I leave and reenter the country without a problem?

And what are my options if I want to stay in Georgia for over 365 days? Is there a way I can reset the 365 days for another year? Perhaps a visa hopping option?

Thanks, Corito

Hi Clara, you don't need a visa to enter Georgia as long as your work permit from UAE is still valid and you must bring your residential/work permit to enter Georgia together with accommodation and flight details.

Hello Mary,
How many days given for a tourist e-visa philippine passport holder? Should it be the same days indicated in the application for the visa? Many thanks

If it's still valid, I believe it should be okay! If you have money to spare, try to secure an evisa too! It's only 20$.

Hope this help!

Hi Mary,

I have a valid 5-year multiple Japan visa in my old recently passport. Now I have just renewed my passport. Now I always bring these 2 passports with me during travel. Do you think the valid Japan visa in the old passport will be recognized by Georgian immigration in Tbilisi airport? Thank you.

Hi Candy,

I confirm that you can bypass the visa of Georgia if you have a valid visa to South Korea. I also just updated my article. Thanks for letting me know x

Hi Mary! I read somewhere that if you have a South Korea visa (with PH passport), you will be exempted from getting a Georgia visa? Just wanted to confirm before i go through the hassle of getting an e-Visa. LOL

Hi Json.

Thanks for your message. If it's a requirement to leave you Iqama ID, perhaps you have other IDs that can prove that you hold a GCC Residencem if not, I suggest you photocopy your Iqama ID before flying to Georgia. Make sure to screenshot or save the resource pages that can prove that you do not need a visa to Georgia, so you have something to show to the IM Officer.¨

I don't think you can use your Cirrus card, a visa and MasterCard are better, however, don't take my word for it. I was using a visa card when I was there.

Hope this helps!

Hi Mary,
Hope All is well.
I'm a Philippine Passport holder basing in Riyadh Saudi Arabia and holding GCC Residence ID.

I will be visiting Georgia, Tbilisi this weekend.
In this regard would like to know if its necessary to bring my Iquama ID in Georgia, Tbilisi during my 5 days visit?
Coz upon my company policy, will going to leave our Iquama ID to company admin during the travel in order us to get exit and re entry visa to be issued by them.
And also, would like to ask if I can use and withdraw cash using my Cirrus type Bank of the Philippine Island ATM card in Georgia?

Thank you and looking forward to your positive response

Warm Regards,
