Hello Miss Mary Charie. I am a TEFL teacher and I got my certificate from myTEFL as well. I've been to Hanoi last year and I had a great time so I want to return. I have an idea of how things work there and I'm planning to look for a job this time. But right now I'm unemployed. I heard that it can get pretty scary sa immigration. Can you share how things went for you with IOs? Thanks.

HI Paula,

Thank you for reading! I have taught in Vietnam. Unfortunately, I have not written anything about the challenges when I first teach. But I think mostly it's getting a grip in teaching English whilst I don't speak the language. However, most of my students that time know basic English which helped a lot :) Are you thinking to teach as well?
